Triphala Churna Powder (त्रिफला चूर्ण)

Triphala (Sanskrit: triphalā, “three fruits”) is an Ayurvedic herbal rasayana formula consisting of equal parts of three myrobalans, taken without seed: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)

त्रिफला एक प्रसिद्ध आयुर्वेदिक रासायनिक फ़ार्मुला है जिसमें अमलकी (आंवला (Emblica officinalis)), बिभीतक (बहेडा) (Terminalia bellirica) और हरितकी (हरड़ Terminalia chebula) को बीज निकाल कर (1 भाग हरड, 2 भाग बेहड, 3 भाग आंवला) 1:2:3 मात्रा में लिया जाता है। त्रिफला शब्द का शाब्दिक अर्थ है “तीन फल”।
